Day-to-day responsibilities and requirements include (but are not limited to) the following:
- 4 years of litigation experience focused on commercial/business disputes
- Experience drafting pleadings, briefs and responding to written discovery.
- Expertise with depositions, oral argument, and trial/arbitration preparation.
- Hands-on experience commercial litigation
- Experience working with an AmLaw 200 firm is a HUGE plus
- Barred in State of CA
- would like hybrid but open to remote!
