Litigation Attorney
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product liability, intellectual property, litigation strategy, personal injury, and toxic tort. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing and preparing cases for litigation, reviewing documents, researching legal issues, and providing legal advice. This individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Position Overview: The Litigation Attorney will provide legal advice and prepare legal documents, research legal issues, review and manage legal documents, advise on legal matters, and represent clients in court.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze legal issues relevant to client matters.
- Draft and review legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Advise clients on legal matters, including litigation strategy.
- Represent clients in court.
- Prepare and manage cases for litigation.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- 5 years of experience practicing in a law firm.
- Experience in product liability, intellectual property, litigation strategy, personal injury, and toxic tort.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Admission to the state bar.
