Qualifications:
Experience handling automobile and/or motorcycle accident cases
Additional case experience is a plus (slip and fall, defective products, etc.)
Plaintiff experience is strongly preferred but relevant defense experience will be considered
Admitted and licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of MA and in good standing
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
Responsibilities:
· Complete handling of litigation case load
· Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum
· Significant client interaction
· Depositions, arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
