We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Accountant to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years as a cost accountant, preferably within the construction Industry. As a Project Accountant, you will be responsible for handling all financial aspects of our projects, from start to finish. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Accountant to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years as a cost accountant, preferably within the construction Industry. As a Project Accountant, you will be responsible for handling all financial aspects of our projects, from start to finish. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Perform NTO tracking and project audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage cash flow and cash management for projects
- Prepare journal entries and perform job cost accounting
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time
- Provide financial analysis and support to project teams
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed successfully
- Use Microsoft Office and accounting cost management software (CMiC or similar).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or CCIFP
- 3 years of experience as a cost accountant, preferably within the construction Industry
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
