The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of healthcare construction and project management best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery
- Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management
- Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- 3 years of experience as a senior project manager in healthcare construction
- Deep understanding of ground up construction, expansion, addition, and renovations
- Experience managing projects in a healthcare setting, including MOBs and hospitals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in CMiC or similar project management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
