Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team.. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our organization, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date. You will work closely with our management team to help drive the success of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile all bank accounts and balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Assist with the year-end audit process
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records
- Provide financial analysis and support to management as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 4 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
