What You’ll Do
- Lead and support Transaction Services engagements, including
- Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis (buy-side and sell-side)
- Financial due diligence and modeling
- Historical accounting clean-up for transactions
- Serving as a client liaison during the transaction process
- Collaborate with and train Associates while contributing to firm operations.
- Engage in business development to expand the firm’s client base.
- Experience 2–4 years in Transaction Services (or TAS) prior audit experience preferred.
- Credentials CPA license highly preferred.
- Background Big 4 experience (or similar caliber firms) valued but not required.
- Mindset Entrepreneurial drive, confidence without cockiness, and a hunger to grow.
