- Develop and oversee the VDC Piping team by assigning project work and executing project specifications
- Keep projects on schedule, ensuring VDC hours are effectively managed
- Develop and draw pipe models in Revit and coordinate with PM to develop VDC schedules
- Lead training sessions for the sheet metal team, ensure accurate models are meeting QA/QC standards, build and maintain a supportive team environment
- AAS/BA in a related field or equivalent industry experience; certifications may be required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, integrity, and enthusiasm
- Technical Proficiency in Piping
- 7 years in HVAC VDC
- 7 years in 3D modeling and coordination
- Experience with Navisworks, Revit and Stratus
- Familiarity with Trimble Connect and Vic Tools
- Ability to manage complex projects and work collaboratively to create a results-driven environment

Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
