What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nutrition Clinical Coordinator position at Johns Hopkins Medicine?
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Nutrition Clinical Coordinator consistently applies advanced and specialized knowledge in accordance with nutritional standards and departmental policies and procedures when providing care to complex inpatient and outpatient populations and uses critical thinking skills to perform at expert level of practice. Demonstrates commitment to Nutrition Practice through expanded department leadership and responsibilities, nutrition interventions with outcomes analysis, research activities and quality improvement activities to enhance the provision of optimal practice outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Dietetics/Nutritionist Licensure in the State of Florida
- Specialty certification from an approved nutrition related area (i.e. CSP, CDE, CNSP, CLC)
- 5 years pediatric experience
- Ability to travel to various work locations is required
Salary Range: Minimum 35.99 per hour - Maximum 57.58 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
