We're looking for a motivated and experienced Outbound Operations Manager to lead our outbound team to new heights.
Job Description : As an Outbound Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire outbound logistics process, ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers on time and in perfect condition. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your leadership and expertise will drive the success of our outbound operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the outbound team, including supervisors and associates
- Develop and implement efficient outbound processes and procedures
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory control team
- Collaborate with other departments, including inbound operations, customer service, and transportation
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
