A growing food company located near Harrisonburg, VA is currently searching for a Plant Manager with poultry experience.
In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed
Salary range for this position is $150-165k plus bonus
Qualifications & Requirements:
-8 years’ experience in Poultry kill and further processing Manufacturing REQUIRED
-5 years experience as a Production Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Manager in a poultry plant
-Flexible to work with all shifts as needed
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
-Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
