Role: Senior Project Manager – Airline Operations (Crew & Ops)
Location: Remote, Dallas, TX/ Las Vegas, Nevada

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical projects in the airline operations domain, specifically focused on Crew Management and Operational Control Systems. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of airline operational workflows and demonstrate hands-on experience in driving large-scale implementations across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Crew and Ops projects within the airline operations environment.
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical leads to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks; proactively resolve blockers to keep projects on track.
- Prepare executive-level reports, project updates, and dashboards.
- Coordinate vendor efforts, systems integration, and cutover activities.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably within airline or aviation domains.
- Proven experience delivering complex Crew or Operations Management projects in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of airline operations including crew scheduling, crew tracking, and day-of-ops control.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with airline systems such as Merlot is a plus
- PMP or equivalent certification.
