Job Title: Business Analyst – Supply Chain

SAP SCM, Teamcenter PLM, and Coupa P2P/CCW
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP SCM, Teamcenter PLM, and Coupa (P2P and CCW modules). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, working to optimize supply chain operations, procurement processes, and product lifecycle management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements related to supply chain, procurement, and product lifecycle workflows.
- Analyze and optimize business processes in SAP SCM, Teamcenter PLM, and Coupa P2P/CCW.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, engineering, and supply chain operations.
- Participate in system configuration, testing, and deployment of new features and enhancements.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics for supply chain activities.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot system issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a supply chain or procurement domain.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SCM modules (e.g., MM, PP, or APO).
- Experience with Teamcenter PLM for managing product lifecycle data.
- Strong working knowledge of Coupa P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and Coupa CCW (Contract Collaboration Workspace).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with integration projects between SAP, PLM, and Coupa.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Coupa or SAP certification is a plus.
