PE Backed, Global medical device company experiencing significant growth is seeking a Controller to add to the team. This position reports directly into the c-level and in addition to handling the monthly and quarterly close, this position will also oversee financial reporting, Consolidations and Technical Accounting. We are looking for a Strong Candidate with 10-15 years of experience, preferably with some experience in a fast-paced, company with global operations.

- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and yearly GL close process
- Consolidate financial information from global entities
- Manage technical accounting research and implementation as needed
- Develp and improve accounting processes and systems
- Other ad hoc projects with c-level
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA and public accounting experience is preferred but not required
- 10-15 years of experience
- Experience within a medical device, biotech, or manufacturing company is a plus
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
