We are working with a growing company in the Waltham area who is seeking an Director of Accounting & Finance (Controller level role) to join their team. We are looking for someone out of retail, e-commerce, and/or distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Owning budget and forecast processes
  • Owning month and year-end close
  • Inventory accounting
  • International purchasing/logistics

Qualifications

  • Retail/E-commerce/distribution experience required
  • QuickBooks is a MUST HAVE
  • NetSuite nice to have

Compensation Package: Up to 160K depending on experience plus bonus
