Publicly-traded professional services company is seeking a Controller to add to their team. This position will oversee a team of accountants and lead the GL close, financial statement preparation, AP, AR, Controls, cost accounting, and budgeting. We are looking for candidates with 10 years of experience and strong US GAAP. CPA and/or public accounting experience is preferred.
Compensation range is up to $150K with strong bonus potential (40% target).

- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and yearly close
- Oversee AP, AR, and Payroll
- Financial statement preparation
- Create financial models, budgets, and rolling forecasts
- Audit, controls, and tax support
- Manage a team
- Other ad hoc projects with the c-suite
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 10 years of experience, preferably within a professional services environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Must be comfortable in a hands-on role
- Knowledge of US GAAP
