KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing professional services company in Manchester, in their search for a Controller/Finance Manager. This role is a high profile position and supports their VP of Finance. The company has been growing rapidly and is a leader in their industry in Southern NH. The responsibilities for the Finance Manager will include:
- Oversee day to day accounting and staff including payroll, accounts payable, billing, month end close
- Prepares financial forecasts for different locations and for several lines of business
- Preparation of budgets, reporting and variance analysis associated with budget / budgets vs actuals.
- Development of financial reporting to support growth initiatives and evaluation of associated risks.
- Lead treasury and cash management efforts.
- Review vendor relationships and services related to the operations of the organization, work to streamline processes and create efficiencies.
The ideal candidate for the Controller/Finance Manager should have experience that meets the following requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- More than 7 years years of accounting experience in a medium to large professional services company
- Strong technical skills, reporting systems, advanced Excel
