Sr. Accountant

Our client, a professional services company in the Manchester area, is adding a Senior Staff Accountant to their team. The company is growing, offers a competitive compensation package, offers career growth and is stable. The qualified candidate will have experience in a mid sized to larger company with larger more complex systems and the ability to adapt to a changing environment. The company has domestic and international operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills with experience using more complex systems such as Oracle or SAP, preferred.
• Ability to perform a month end close, complex account reconciliations and adjusting journal entries.
• Prepare financial statements, work closely with audit and provide reporting to department heads.
• This person will also support the budgeting process and participate in special projects.
• Experience in public accounting preferred but not required.
