Compensation:$85,000 - $130,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Expand our brokerage by hiring top-performing realtors for our team
- Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team
- Team Sales
- Individual sales

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents
- Real estate license required
