- Scheduling and coordinating the pick-up and delivery of GE Pensacola finished goods to North American project or inventory sites, minimizing transit time and logistics costs.
- Identifying and analyzing cost-saving solutions through load optimization strategies at an operational level.
- Communicating with various parts of the supply chain, providing status updates and reports to suppliers, carriers, buyers, and operations leaders.
- Managing truck and rail outbound load plans, including carrier coordination, document preparation, and tracking and delivery confirmation.
- Collaborating with sourcing teams to meet delivery timelines and transportation requirements.
- Hold a high school diploma/GED and have experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related fields.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel and moderate proficiency in other MS Office programs.
- Are fluent and proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Are willing to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends, and overtime, and are comfortable working outside in various weather conditions.
