Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in the mixing room. This role ensures that production schedules, procedures, and quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute production schedules in collaboration with leadership
- Supervise formula execution, staffing, and operational efficiency
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
- Serve as backup to the Plant Manager when needed
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
- Monitor and improve production processes and team performance
- Proven experience in production leadership
- Strong coordination and communication skills across departments
- Ability to make decisions and lead effectively on the production floor
- Experience with operational planning and responsiveness
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance (OSHA, GMP preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CMMS systems
