Porters play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in the GMP zone of the factory.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
This position involves working on the production floor and frequent handling of chemicals.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Restock and maintain handwashing stations and water stations.
- Ensure cleanliness of common area floors and walls.
- Collect and dispose of trash from common areas.
- Refill, distribute, and receive bulk deliveries of chemicals.
- Replace cleaning tools on the floor when needed.
- Carry out Master Sanitation Schedule tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all GMP guidelines; promptly report any food safety concerns.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and wear proper PPE at all times.
- Report safety incidents and adhere to Company and Plant Safety Policies and Procedures, including OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Perform additional duties as required or assigned.
- Must be self-motivated, organized, reliable, and safety-minded.
- Stand and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment for up to twelve hours.
- Able to lift, kneel, bend, squat, stoop, and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Committed to safe work practices.
- Open to learning the operation of forklifts and floor scrubbers.
- Strong communication, organization, and listening skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow through.
- Capable of organizing and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
