Position Objective
Provide shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment services for finished goods, inventory control, materials, supplies, parts, and equipment at the assigned facility(s).

Position Objective
Provide shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment services for finished goods, inventory control, materials, supplies, parts, and equipment at the assigned facility(s).
Essential Functions
- Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and correctly process items for storage and/or shipment, ensuring high quality and timely delivery to customers.
- Receive materials and/or finished goods daily, verifying quality, type, and quantity with appropriate documentation.
- Warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 36-86 degrees F.
- Safely operate distribution equipment as required.
- Requires knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
- Recognize deviations from accepted practices; accuracy is crucial to prevent delays.
- Must maintain strong attendance performance and readiness to start work on time.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-5 years related experience, preferably in logistics within a life science company.
- Must follow policies, procedures, and instructions independently and consistently.
- Ability to operate powered industrial trucks at various heights.
- Basic computer skills to navigate ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software.
- Physical activities include walking, standing, reaching, lifting up to 25lbs continuously, and occasionally up to 50lbs.
- May handle packaged hazardous materials.
