The selected candidate will provide day to day ownership of Master Service Contract (MSA) with outsourcing partners, has responsibility for oversight, and partners in the negotiation with leadership and Legal on Scope of Work (SOW) for outsourcing.

The selected candidate will provide day to day ownership of Master Service Contract (MSA) with outsourcing partners, has responsibility for oversight, and partners in the negotiation with leadership and Legal on Scope of Work (SOW) for outsourcing.
Duties
- Develop, recommend, and/or implement strategic initiatives associated with improving practices
- Manage establishment and development of policies
- Establish schedules and collaborate with inter- and intra-departmental stakeholders on content and processes to support overall company metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors to align and manage expectations of service delivery and reliability
- Lead and serve as communications point and escalation path to resolve vendor delivery and reliability issues
- 7 years of experience in the areas of Engineering, Finance, or Carrier Management desired or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Management, team lead, or other equivalent leadership experience
