Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3:30 pm
Location: Foxboro, MA
Required: Willingness to travel.
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or Trade School experience required.
- 5-8 years of general maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC systems.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- Familiarity with technology such as tablets and basic computer programs.
- Trade certifications/licensure (e.g., Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician – CAMT) is a plus.
- Moderate travel required.
- Must have the ability to sit, walk, climb stairs, and bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently.
- Must be able to regularly talk and hear, handle or feel objects with hands, and reach with arms.
- Ability to maintain hand-arm steadiness during manual tasks and see details at close range.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work in varying conditions, including heat, wind, snow, and rain.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, decorating, and maintaining interior/exterior spaces.
- Conduct basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
- Support lawn care, snow removal, and lighting replacement.
- Assist with minor roof repairs, furniture relocation, and other general upkeep.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests during and outside of normal working hours.
- Collaborate with contractors or vendors as needed.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards while performing duties.
