Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to lead the requirements gathering, design collaboration, and implementation support for a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the CRM supports our customer engagement, sales, and service operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering:

This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the CRM supports our customer engagement, sales, and service operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering:
- Work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, support, and IT to understand current workflows and pain points
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to capture business needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Partner with technical teams to design and validate CRM architecture, workflows, and data models
- Collaborate on decisions related to platform selection, configuration, and integrations
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile or hybrid development environment
- Define user stories, use cases, and process flows
- Analyze existing customer data and map its migration to the new CRM
- Define and document business processes, ensuring alignment with CRM capabilities
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency improvements
- Develop and execute test plans to validate CRM functionality against requirements
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders
- Support change management efforts to drive CRM adoption across teams
- Assist in creating training materials, documentation, and onboarding sessions for end-users
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with CRM-related projects
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or custom CRM platforms)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
- Familiarity with data modeling and API integrations is a plus
- Experience leading CRM implementations from discovery to launch
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle, sales funnel management, and marketing automation
- Exposure to SaaS platforms or custom CRM development
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
