Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst in Boston, MA. Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role is essential for delivering high-quality financial reporting services and maintaining effective relationships with both internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills and provide support in navigating complex financial transactions and regulatory requirements at a Private Equity Firm or Hedge Fund. Key Responsibilities:

This role is essential for delivering high-quality financial reporting services and maintaining effective relationships with both internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills and provide support in navigating complex financial transactions and regulatory requirements at a Private Equity Firm or Hedge Fund. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting Analyst will build and maintain effective working relationships with internal team members and clients
- Deliver best-in-class client service and address client behavior issues proactively
- Review and produce client-specific reports as well as regulatory reporting, including financial statements and compliance documents
- Act as the liaison between clients and external vendors, coordinating the delivery of reports and services
- Participate actively in internal and external audits to ensure compliance and best practices
- Provide guidance and training to team members on changes to regulatory requirements
- Manage tasks and assignments to meet client service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines, escalating concerns as needed
- Monitor client SLAs and deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding potential service issues
- Represent financial reporting operations on cross-functional project teams
- Support client training initiatives to enhance client self-service capabilities
- Offer expert guidance on the treatment of complex financial transactions and related disclosures
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and ad hoc requests related to financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal project plans for fund and client events
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced analytical, prioritization, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with a strong attention to detail
- Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Proven leadership and staff development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities
- Control-focused mindset with an understanding of operational risk
- Knowledge of business processes, procedures, and systems, including their downstream impacts
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with derivatives accounting and reporting is a plus
