The Role:

The Lead Analyst is responsible for performing architecture, development, and support of reporting tools such as SAP BW, SAP SAC, SAP BW4Hana, and Tableau.

Key tasks and deliverables:

• Build and define enterprise Reporting strategy
  
• Execute and perform assigned projects, enhancements activities
  
• Define and adopt new development approaches and technology within related areas
  
• Expertise in SAP Business Warehouse, SAP SAC, BEX, Tableau/BO, and Automation tools (ETL tools such as Alteryx added advantage) platforms to solve critical business needs
  
• Create and review Technical specifications and track the status of all efforts
  
• Respond to production application and systems problems and drive or support the analysis and remediation efforts. This includes being on call and supporting off-hours and holidays.
  
• Perform and participate in all aspects of Adoption, including performing user needs assessment, training, user guidance/consultation, etc.
  
• Willingness to learn new technologies and implement solutions
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent is required.
  
• 6 years of deep business & technical experience
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP BW System Administration and performance tuning
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP BW development/SAP BW4 Hana and ABAP using SAP R/3 data sources, Non-SAP data sources, custom content, etc.
  
• Demonstrated ability to perform all facets of the SDLC
  
• Demonstrated ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective and accordingly conceptualize and formulate solutions
  
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
  
• Results-oriented and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness. 2 years of Project Management experience in implementations or supporting overall IT projects.
  
• Strong English Communication Skills (verbal and written)
  
• Familiar with full-lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Process and formal change management methodologies.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
  
• Experience in off/onshore models as well as working with virtual teams.
  
• Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies from customers and IT team members.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in SAP BW/ BI/SAP BW4HANA
  
• Certification in reporting tools like Tableau added advantage
  
• Experience working in global technologies
  
• Awareness of SAP environment, Automation, Office 365, and latest analytics
