Position Summary
The Tier 2 Technical Support Analyst provides advanced troubleshooting for issues escalated from Tier 1 support. This role serves as a primary technical contact within an assigned region while also delivering remote support across the agency. Responsibilities include supporting multiple technologies, documenting and resolving issues, assisting with IT projects, performing maintenance, and providing onsite and on-call support. Some travel is required.
Work Schedule
Hybrid/Onsite - Allows up to two remote days per week , adjusted as needed to accommodate business and operational needs. Regular onsite and field presence is required for this role. In Olathe, KS.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred
1-3 years of experience in a business environment
Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Cisco Meraki, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document complex technical issues
Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Cisco Meraki, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Follow operational and escalation procedures
Provide field, remote, and on-call support as needed
Collaborate with IT peers on projects across locations
