The Customer Service Representative position services internal and external customers by entering sales orders with a high degree of accuracy and communicating product availability for a large number of SKUs. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are needed. Job responsibilities are performed with routine and significant use of AS400, telephone, and email. The work is conducted in a fast-paced environment and requires multi-tasking and working with a variety of people. Logistics background is preferred. Candidates will possess:
- 2 years customer service experience.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts and internal sales team through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure solution.
- Proficient use of English language.
- Proficient Keystroke Speed and data entry skills.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- MH/RV industry experience preferred.
Wage based on experience.
