In this role, you’ll represent hospitals and health systems in disputes against insurance companies and government entities to recover payment for patient care services. You’ll work on a mix of contractual arbitration and state/federal litigation, handling cases from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent healthcare providers in complex reimbursement and payment disputes
- Handle arbitration matters involving managed care contracts and payment denials
- Manage litigation in both state and federal courts
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions, and participate in hearings and settlement negotiations
- Collaborate with a seasoned team of healthcare litigators and support staff
Ideal Candidate:
- 0-4 years of litigation experience
- Active NV bar license
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Salary: $130k - $160k Bonus
