Job Summary:
The client are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Defense Attorney to join their Irvine office. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining both in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent employers in state and federal court in employment-related litigation, including wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Advocate for clients in administrative proceedings before government agencies (e.g., EEOC, DFEH, DLSE, NLRB).
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- 1 years of experience in employment law litigation, preferably on the defense side.
Salary: $150k - $300k Bonus
