Senior Corporate & Real Estate Attorney – Irvine, CA
A fast-growing, innovative law firm with a collaborative and interdisciplinary culture is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney (6–10 years) to join its Corporate & Securities and Real Estate practice groups in Irvine.
This role focuses heavily on corporate transactions, M&A, general commercial agreements, and private securities offerings. The ideal candidate has strong drafting skills, experience managing deals, and familiarity with operating agreements, PPMs, and fund structuring.
What You'll Do:
- Manage M&A deals from start to finish
- Draft and negotiate complex corporate and commercial agreements
- Handle non-public securities offerings and private fund documents
- Work directly with clients and manage projects independently
- Collaborate on thought leadership and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

Salary : $160,000 - $300,000
