Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Philadelphia, PA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day clerical tasks, assisting with phone communication, supporting executive-level administrative tasks, and managing general office duties. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
