We specialize in medication management, individual therapy, TMS, Spravato and holistic wellness support. Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant who will serve as a vital point of contact for our patients, supporting both administrative and clinical operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health, provide exceptional customer service and be comfortable working in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in/out guests and clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Triage incoming phone calls, patient messages, medication refills, pharmacy and vendor calls.
- Answer incoming calls, communicate on an internal message system, make outgoing calls.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments and follow ups
- Collect and process co-pays and insurance payments from patients seen in person or tele-health.
- Provide Spravato observation and TMS treatments (with training) under the provider includes needing to have knowledge and ability to document, measure and follow specific directions.
- Administer IM injections, Spravato and TM treatments.
- Provide administrative support to the office, therapists, and providers.
- Pull and prepare daily scheduling and EForce reports.
- Enter and update patient data, insurance and lab orders.
- Monitor and maintain clinical suppliers, office and medication logs.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a medical office or mental health environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skill
- Strong administrative, time management and organizational skills
- Proficient with phones and multi-tasking
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and use a ruler
- Knowledge on IM, SQ injections
- High school diploma or equivalent
