What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Maintenance Technician position at Lebanon Valley College?
The Lebanon Valley College Department of Facilities Services seeks a grounds maintenance technician. The ground maintenance technician performs all aspects of campus maintenance including mowing, planting, mulching, pesticide application, snow removal and equipment maintenance. Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced, student centered environment while managing various job responsibilities. Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years landscape/ grounds maintenance experience, knowledge of different types of grasses and fertilizer maintenance schedules and knowledge of general and corrective pruning and trimming techniques is preferred. Pennsylvania commercial pesticide applicator license is a plus.
