Responsible for a variety of accounting and clerical duties. Will provide support for Accounting Manager and team.
Job Description:
* Organizing and delivering of financial documents
* Filing reports and updating records
* Keeping thorough records of business transactions
* Heavy data entry
* Manage benefit requests
* Perform various tasks/projects in support of accounting team
* Distribute, review, calculate, and process payroll time sheets and employment documents
Job Qualifications:
* Associate's degree or higher in Accounting/Business/Economics
* 1-4 years' experience in related field
* Skilled in Microsoft Suite - Proficient in Excel
* Proficient financial knowledge
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Efficient time-management skills - able to work in a fast-moving environment
* Highly organized with an analytical eye
* Knowledge of bookkeeping software and computer spreadsheets
