Ledgent Finance & Accounting is actively seeking a Bilingual Senior Accountant to join a thriving team. Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
- Conduct quarterly audits to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable staff.
- Handle ad-hoc financial requests and reporting.
- Manage accruals and perform financial analysis.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy.
- Assist the CFO with special reporting projects.
- Collaborate with external CPA firms for auditing purposes.
- Perform financial auditing and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and manage forecasting and budgeting processes.
Qualifications
- Ability to travel occasionally to South America.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Prior experience with ERP Accounting Software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills and hands-on accounting experience.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Former public accounting experience highly preferred.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
