Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. This role involves managing general ledger functions, monthly closing processes, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NetSuite and strong Excel skills. Experience in the Property Management/Real Estate/HOA industries a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general ledger operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage monthly closing processes, including preparing financial statements and reconciliations.
• Perform and review account reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
• Utilize NetSuite for accounting tasks and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on general ledger, monthly closing, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in the HOA industry is advantageous but not required.
