We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a small, collaborative office team in a production-focused environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing the full spectrum of accounting responsibilities independently.
Manage full-cycle accounting: AP, AR, bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports.
Process bi-weekly payroll and administer benefits and 401(k) contributions.
Oversee vendor relationships: invoice processing, approvals, and timely payments.
Handle customer billing, collections follow-up, and AR aging reports.
Support cost accounting and inventory tracking as needed.
Maintain organized, accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (required).
Strong knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting.
Payroll processing experience preferred (OnePoint or similar system a plus).
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Comfortable in a small office team with a production-heavy business focus.
Pay: $30 - $35 per hr. per hour, DOE.
