What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in high-volume payroll processing for multiple entities.
- Experience working in a Construction industry
- Strong knowledge of union and certified payroll
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex payroll functions.
- Proficiency with payroll systems and tools.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Process payroll for a large number of employees across multiple entities.
- Ensure compliance with union contracts, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Handle payroll reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and address payroll-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.
