Staff Accountant (AR)

We are seeking a Staff Accountant with strong Accounts Receivable (AR) experience to join a dynamic, production-focused organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a transaction-heavy accounting environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats across accounting, payroll, purchasing, and HR support.

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable: invoicing, posting payments, AR aging, collections follow-up.

• Import and export data, manage soft collections.

• 3 years of accounting experience, with strong AR focus.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative office environment.
  
  

• Pay: up to $32/hr (flexible DOE).
