Compensation: $75,000 – $145,479 per year Performance Bonuses

Alpha Law Firm is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join our litigation team focused on California Lemon Law and consumer protection. This role is ideal for newly licensed attorneys or recent graduates with relevant experience who are ready to get into the courtroom and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned caseload with attorney supervision
- Draft and argue motions in California Superior Court
- Conduct discovery, depositions, hearings, and legal research
- Participate in vehicle inspections, settlement conferences, and trial prep
- Work closely with clients, experts, and senior attorneys throughout the litigation process
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license (or awaiting bar results)
- 0–3 years of litigation or consumer law experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in litigation
