About The Team
The Client Manager/Customer Success Manager (CSM) team is responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences, driving adoption, and maximizing retention across the "Legal News" product suite—including Law360, Newsdesk, and MLex—within large law firm accounts. This team is proactive, customer-centric and partners with cross-functional teams to drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and delivers consistent value to clients.

About The Role
The Client Manager/Customer Success Manager (CSM) will build and maintain

About The Team
The Client Manager/Customer Success Manager (CSM) team is responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences, driving adoption, and maximizing retention across the "Legal News" product suite—including Law360, Newsdesk, and MLex—within large law firm accounts. This team is proactive, customer-centric and partners with cross-functional teams to drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and delivers consistent value to clients.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product specialists and renewal teams to secure successful renewals across Legal News products within large law accounts
- Execute strategic account plans that include onboarding, migration support, and post-sale training to ensure seamless adoption and client satisfaction
- Design and implement structured nurture programs including Weekly tips, webinars, Product kickoffs, 1:1 and group training sessions, Usage enablement sessions
- Monitor and analyze usage data, client feedback, and satisfaction scores to identify accounts at risk and proactively address concerns
- Serve as the voice of the customer by advocating client needs and sharing feedback with internal product and development teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to swiftly resolve product issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- JD is strongly preferred
- Experience working with law firm accounts
- Sales/Account Management experience
