LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to assist their team on a contract basis.This position is hybrid in Boston.Responsibilities:· Advising on Superior Court civil trials· Drafting pre-trial motions, motions in limine, jury instructions, voir dire questions, and verdict slips· Reviewing deposition transcripts· Preparing for direct and cross-examinations at trial· Providing general guidance on litigation mattersRequirements:· 5 years of litigation experience including Superior Court experience· Excellent drafting skills· Licensed in MA - active in good standing· Ability to work independentlyThe anticipated pay rate for this position is between $50 and $75 per hour, depending on experience.Pay Details: $50.00 to $75.00 per hourSearch managed by: Christy Candelora Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
