Assistant Planner (Temporary)
Location: Emeryville, CA (1-2 days in-office)
Pay Rate: $20 to $23 per hour
Assignment Length: 6 months, with possibility to convert
We are seeking a Temporary Assistant Planner to join our team and support the HBC & GM departments. This role is primarily focused on team support and execution of tasks, rather than in-depth analytics. You’ll assist with distributions, manage multiple tasks, and work closely with the Inventory Planning team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team with the execution of distribution plans in HBC & GM departments.
- Help manage and track various processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support timely decision-making.
- Assist in managing and executing distribution plans for HBC & GM departments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Collaborate with the Inventory Planning team to track, update, and report on distribution processes.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges to keep workflows efficient.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work on several assignments simultaneously.
- Can make quick decisions based on limited information.
- Intermediate experience with Excel is preferred.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $20 - $23
