LHH is working with a client in the Overland Park, KS area who is seeking to hire a Benefits Admin. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in benefits administration and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Support new hire benefits onboarding and open enrollment processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and claims.
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS and benefits systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth benefits operations

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Prior internship or administrative experience in HR is a plus but not required.

Job Details:

  • Job Title: Benefits Admin
  • Location: Overland Park, KS
  • Compensation: $20-22ph.
  • Job Type: 12-month Contract
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (fully onsite)
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, LTD/STD

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
