Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing processes
- Generate billing reports and maintain billing documentation
- Provide insights to management on billing trends and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with billing policies and regulations
- Escalate customer complaints in a timely manner
- Process invoices and utilize Excel to analyze billing data
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
- Previous experience in billing, accounting, or finance roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- At least 2 years of prior work experience in a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
- Monday-Friday
- 40 hours per week
- 8:00am-5:00pm PST
- Onsite/hybrid work schedule
- Contract-to-hire role
- Located Downtown, San Diego
- Compensation $27.00-$29.00 per hour DOE
