Join a family-oriented, collegial law firm with a strong presence across NJ, NY, and DE. Our client is seeking a hard-working, intelligent Corporate Attorney to join its Newark office.
What The Firm Offers
- Hybrid Work Model: 3 days in-office
- Billable Requirement: 1860 hours annually (includes 50 hours of pro bono)
- Compensation: $160K–$200K base salary, plus discretionary annual bonus
- Benefits: Full package including 401(k), parental leave, CLE payments, and more
What The Firm Is Seeking
- At least 4 years of corporate experience in a law firm setting
- Experience in M&A, financing, joint ventures, and general corporate matters
- Exposure to securities is a plus
- NJ Bar required (NY preferred)
- Team player who meets deadlines and collaborates well
