Requirements
The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Location: Maryville, TN
- Pay Rate: $18-20 per hour
- Position Type: Full-Time | Temporary with potential for hire
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Respond to customer inquiries and identify product needs
- Source parts, create quotes, and confirm pricing and lead times with vendors
- Process and review purchase orders; coordinate with internal teams
- Resolve customer issues (e.g., mis-shipments, lost/damaged parts)
- Track shipments, provide ETAs, and maintain order status spreadsheets
- Follow up on invoices and collaborate with Accounting and Operations
- Maintain customer records and update portals
- Generate reports and handle administrative tasks as needed
- Receive, catalog, and prepare shipments
- Track inbound/outbound deliveries and manage warehouse issues
- Previous logistics or customer service experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in construction, project, or service industries is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments
